UPDATE

An email from Lina German, CAEZ Governmental Affairs Committee Chairperson, suggests that this postponement is in order to allow the Assembly Committee to take into consideration the comments that have been submitted as a result of their hearings. Will we see some amendments to the bill before April 18?
