New EZ Bill

I've been on vacation, so this is a little dated.

AB 485 was gutted and amended on 6/29 by Assemblyman Arambula to become an Enterprise Zone bill. The bill now contains most of the provisions that were in SB 1008 concerning the creation and governance of the zones; the bill does not contain alterations to the employee eligibility criteria.
