Breaking News: HCD Has Released New Voucher Regulations Draft

I just received an email and have found that the documents are all posted on the HCD website.

There are some significant changes, some good, some not as good. I have already heard from one pundit calling for at least a new 45 day comment period as a result of the significance of the changes. I'll stick with my previous prediction.
