HCD Has Posted Next Version of Voucher Regulations

On Sept. 15 HCD posted a newly revised version of its proposed vouchering regulations. There is now a new 15 day comment period under way for the most recent changes. I have it on good authority that one way or another, these regulations will become a reality in October.
