"The Center of the California Enterprise Zone Information Universe"
Assemblyman Arambula has managed to get an Enterprise Zone reform bill out of the legislature. I described the strategy earlier, and it seems to have paid off. The Governor has until Sept. 30 to sign the bill, but the buzz I've heard is that he is positively inclined to do so.
