AB 2601

AB 2601 is the next Enterprise Zone bill to watch. According to the email from Toni Symonds:

Last week, Mr. Arambula amended AB 2601 to include G-TEDA revenue and tax provisions. AB 2601 will NOT be set for hearing this year. Mr. Arambula has asked JEDE staff to collaboratively review the tax incentive provisions for businesses located in a G-TEDAs during the Fall, with the possibility of a bill in January 2007.
