Yet Another AB 485 Update

There is now a newly amended version of AB 485 available online here. According to the email I just received from Toni Symonds, they are expecting a hearing on the bill in the Senate Transportation & Housing Committee on 8/15/06 at 1:30. I'm not positive, but this link may provide live streaming audio.
