Another AB 485 Update

Here is the latest from Toni Symonds, the Chief Consultant for the Assembly Committee on Jobs, Economic Development, and the Economy (via email):

AB 485 was heard in the Senate Transportation and Housing Committee yesterday. Mr. Arambula presented a number of amendments. I have attached a memorandum outlining these amendments. The Committee decided to put the bill over until the bill could be amended to reflect these amendments.

We expect that an updated version of the bill will be in print by Friday, or Monday at the latest.

It is our understanding that the Senate Transportation Committee will hold a special hearing early next week to hear AB 485. As more details on the hearing are available I will pass those on.
