New EZ Boss

Frank Luera has officially been made the Chief of the Economic Development Section at the Department of Housing and Community Development. That makes him the replacement for Mark Maldonado for management of the Enterprise Zone program.

Here is an org. chart for the Division of Financial Assistance, I'm not 100% clear where Frank's name will go yet.
