New EZ Voucher Regulations Effective

I have confirmed with Office of Administrative Law that the new EZ vouchering regulations were approved, submitted to the Secretary of State, and became effective as of yesterday 11/27/2006.

We had originally been told by HCD that there would be another 30 day delay once the regulations were sent to the SOS, but apparently they were able to utilize an option that makes the regulations effective immediately upon filing with SOS.
