Law Prof. Still Thinks Tax Credits Are Unconstitutional

But the plaintiffs' lawyer described the [Supreme Court] ruling as a disappointing delay. 'We intend to purse the case promptly and fully in' Ohio's courts, said Peter D. Enrich, a law professor at Boston's Northeastern University. The decision 'casts no doubt on the long line of court rulings striking down discriminatory tax breaks as unconstitutional.'
