Breaking News: California EZ Leadership Change

Mark Maldonado, who has been acting as the manager of the Enterprise Zone program with HCD for just over a year now, has informed me that he has accepted another position. He assured me that he was not looking to leave the EZ program, but an opportunity presented itself that he could not pass up (after hearing the description, I couldn't blame him). Mark will be at the CAEZ board meeting in Sacramento on July 27, so I'm sure we will hear more then about what to expect for the program. I understand that a press release explaining Mark's departure will be available soon, and I plan to have that here on the blog.
