Breaking News: AB 1550 Signed by Arnold

I have just received notification that the Enterprise Zone bill AB 1550 has been signed today by the Governor. I can't find anything online about to link to, but I'll update as more information becomes available.

The most important part of this legislation, in my opinion, is that it will enable HCD to back date the designation dates of new zones where they overlap expiring zones so that there will be no gap in the benefits to businesses located in both zones.
